A renowned graduate of University of Lagos holds a B.Sc degree in Mathematics & statistics from the Faculty of Science in the same University. He is also an Alumni of the Great King’s College, Lagos. He started his career at Nigerian Deposit Insurance Co.operation (NDIC) where he worked diligently for several years at the receivership and liquidation department of the co-operation.

His zeal for challenges also made him pursue an entrepreneur skill where his first point of skill was in the telecommunication industry then later diversified into the Oil & Gas Industry with a sole purpose of entrepreneurship and self development so as to deliver a 'B2B' (Business to Business) relationship on a 'B2C' (Business to Customer) relationship.

His dynamic nature and drive for knowledge made him join Avon Basic Concept, an Oil Trading Company where he was head of marketing and furthered his career with Aime Nigeria Ltd. also an oil servicing firm where he was the General Manager for several years.
He’s vast years of experience has made him an impeccable individual to his line of duty to Asoil Energy Ltd. as an Executive Chairman of the organization.

Mr. Akinyelure Akinlola is a graduate of University of Reading England, where he studied and holds a Bsc. in Accounting and Economics. He furthered his career in Cass Business School also in the U.K. where he holds a Masters Degree in Energy Trade & Finance. Presently, he’s on the Board of Queensland Academy in Okota Isolo, Lagos.

He has extensive marketing experience from Eres Nigeria Ltd. an Oil and Gas firm where he’s assigned obligations was in the specialty of trading and importation of bitumen.
He is also a stakeholder of Pak Oil Trading and POA Investment an affiliate company of SPA Dredging.

SPA Dredging is currently working on a dredging project with the Lagos state government. These achievements of Mr. Akinyelure has been one of the key propelling factors for Asoil Energy and his position in the organization at the moment has been a success factor that has placed Asoil Energy in the frontier of the Oil & Gas industry.

His unbeatable leadership role as the Managing Director has been as a result of his undoubtful level of education compiled with his great professionalism, social exposure and year of experience in the oil industry.

An Alumni of University of Lagos, who studied Accounting and holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from the same university. The impeccable accountant is a board member of an engineering firm – Honey Comb Ventures, a consulting firm who presently consult for OK and Brass LNG with the sole purpose of propelling Nigeria companies to partake in the Federal Government Local Content decree set up by the government.

The scope of this decree is to encourage indigenous Nigeria companies partake in the huge projects so as to improve and deliver effective services globally.
Before now, accountant Solanke also worked in Aime Nig. Ltd. an Oil servicing firm where he was head of Operation/Marketing. His accountable technical knowledge had delivered him enormous skills in petroleum marketing.

Mr. Agoro has a Bsc. from the University of Hull in England where he studied Business Management and Information Technology; he furthered his career from the same University where he obtained an MBA. He is also an Alumni of Kings College, Lagos.
He started his career with JP Morgan Chase in Glasgow Scotland as a Foreign Exchange Analyst, where he was expose to managing the development and implementation of several multimillion dollar technology projects for various clients, also daily P/L reporting and analysis.

He then moved to BNP Paribas London where he was a Consultant for the Foreign Exchange Group, where his role involved the occasional supporting of the Processing function for the IED Mutual/Hedge Fund Trading Desk.
He is presently working for Barclays Bank, London as a Business Analyst, Global markets.

His experience has exposed him to work with various types of domestic and offshore hedge funds where his scope of work involves building and maintaining client’s relationship, monitoring accuracy of fund managers’ trade bookings, advising them of errors and amendment that are required. His vast experience has made him part of the team to take Asoil Energy to greater heights.

Mr. Kusamotu obtained an LL.B (hons) law degree from the University of Sussex, Brighton England. The impeccable Lawyer furthered his degree at University of Wales Cardiff, where he obtained an LL.m (legal aspects of marine affairs) which specializes on Marine Insurance Law, Admiralty Law, Carriage of Goods by sea, International Law of the sea.

He is also Alumni of Kings College Lagos, and is presently a PhD candidate at BIRKBECK COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON where he’s Research Topics is on:-
